2-4 Weeks Before Your Appointment:
Avoid Botox, fillers, or chemical peels in the treatment area.

1 Week Before Your Appointment:
Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (like aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E) unless prescribed by your doctor.
Say no to alcohol and caffeine for at least 24-48 hours before your appointment to reduce the risk of bleeding.
Keep your skin well-hydrated and moisturized for better pigment retention.
Post-Treatment Care: Essential Steps for Faster Healing
- Cleanse gently: Wash your eyebrows with baby shampoo or mild face wash every two hours.
- Pat dry: Use a soft cotton pad or paper towel (do not rub).
- Moisturize smartly: Apply a thin layer of Bepanthen Cream—avoid thick or excessive application.
- Repeat for best results: Follow this process 3-5 times on Day 1, and twice on Day 2.
- Hydration matters: If your brows feel dry and tight, apply cream for up to two more days.
- Balance cream usage: If you have oily skin, apply a minimal amount.
- Protect your brows: Avoid hot showers or steam on the first day.
- Skip water activities: No spa, sauna, or swimming for 14 days.
- No makeup on brows: Avoid any makeup or cream on eyebrows for 14 days (except antiseptic cream).
- Minimize sweating: No intense exercise or excessive sweating for the first 3 days.
- Avoid sun exposure: Stay away from direct sunlight or tanning for at least two weeks.
